Iowa is “Running Towards GeoAwesomeness” and we would like you and your organization to be a part of the 12th Biennial IGIC Conference featuring an enhanced schedule geared toward attendees with varying degrees of GIS and mapping backgrounds.

About the Conference
The Iowa Geographic Information Council sponsors a biennial conference that is geared to GIS users throughout the State of Iowa. The conference acts as a tool to help users gain efficiencies in their business processes by applying geospatial technologies. The conference is designed to attract individuals and organizations from government, private firms, academic, and utilities using GIS to develop solutions in their work.

Who Attends?
IGIC Biennial Conferences have attracted nearly 250 people. Most participants reside in Iowa and work for State, County, & Local governments as well as a number of private firms and education facilities including students. Conference attendees range from new users to very experienced and cover a wide range of interests, talents and skill sets with a desire to share and learn.

Where is the 2015 Conference?
The Conference will be held at Central College located in Pella, Iowa.  Maps will be available!

There are various opportunities to fit your budget and this target audience. Not only will you jump start your company’s name and product recognition, but GIS professionals will also witness your support of their invaluable initiatives.

Premium Sponsorship Levels

A premium sponsorship gives you some unique ways to reach the attendees, including presentation space, attendee list access, and much more.

For Silver & Gold packages, any number of registrations from your company above and beyond the complimentary registrations will be available at a 20% discount of the normal registration fee.

Non-Profit Sponsor

To accommodate those organizations that want to support the conference but do not need an exhibition booth space, we offer the Non-profit sponsor at $250.  One booth space will be reserved to publicize our non-profit partners and distribute informational and educational materials.  There is limited space, so materials may be subject to limits.

Breaks/Meals Sponsorships

In addition to the above listed Premium Sponsorship levels, sponsorship of breaks and meals are also available to exhibitors for $250 or $500.  Break sponsorships allow Sponsors/Exhibitors to support the conference in a different way.  When you sponsor a meal or break (or if you share sponsorship with another company), your company’s support will be listed within the program, a banner with your company’s logo will be displayed at break, and your support will be noted in plenary sessions.  In summary it focuses attention on your company for that break time.

The conference includes a 5k walk/run and all attendees will receive a t-shirt (not only the participants in the run). Team up with IGIC – add your company logo to the t-shirt for $200!

Welcome Reception
IGIC will host a Welcome reception to kick-off the conference. This gives both attendees and exhibitors a chance to network.

Vendor Reception
To keep our attendees engaged beyond the hours of the conference, we have planned a number of night-time social activities, one being a Vendor Reception in the Graham Hall and Conference Center. Network in a relaxed atmosphere with food and beverages. A cash bar will be available.

Late Fee
There will be a $50 late fee if exhibit registration is received after March 25, 2015.

Refund Policy
To cancel and be eligible for a refund, please send a written request to Paula Lemke at plemke@co.cerro-gordo.ia.us (plemke null@null co NULL.cerro-gordo NULL.ia NULL.us) prior to March 4, 2015. Any refund requests received after March 4, 2015 are not eligible for a refund.

If would like to ship packages to the Conference prior to arrival, these packages need to be addressed as follows:

Boxes intended to be shipped out after the conference should be labeled with proper instructions and billing prepaid.
Boxes left on the premise for longer than one week after departure without shipping instructions will be discarded.
